I would love to be able change the order of stations in my list. Perhaps a long touch followed by dragging to a new position.

I am sorry to disappoint you. I have no plans to intergrate manual ordering of stations in Transistor at the moment. The issue came up before (see #45 and #48). So far "starring" a station is the only way to "order" you stations somewhat.
