I guess this is just static HTML, CSS, JS etc. files, so could not you host them somewhere? GItLab Pages, GitHub Pages or Neocities or so? (as I guess codeberg does not have this feature)

IT's still a big technical hurdle to clone it, setup a local webserver etc. Just going to a website would make it way more accessible.

I already think about setting up a server where activists can create sub-urls with the right mail address. The biggest problem is that I have to concern about legal stuff...
