Hello,

technically there is nothing stopping you from sending a pull request with a special winthread.go, that compiles only on Windows and removing pthread.go from builds on Windows. If you do it right, I could accept the pull request.

However, I will not spend time and resources on an Operating System and a Company, that purposely chose to not implement the Portable Operating System Interface (POSIX). mvoCI should work in the Subsystem for Linux thing, it work in virtual machines, it should do in cygwin.
