Why is composer trying to clone the repository from here?
Why does composer do not download from packagist?
Why did you choose this platform instead of GitHub or GitLab?

@sjbr We experience the same issue both in our CI pipeline (Gitlab CI on premise) and when cloning manually (some developers only!).
I understand your concern but this doesn't explain the failure at all.
I guess, we randomly hit some limits of Codeberg.

Currently your switch to Codeberg seems to exclude everybody from accessing your repo.

Would you please help to clarify this issue.

Cheers, Dirk

@dwenzel

I am being informed by Codeberg that some of my repos have been targeted by a DDOS attack. Perhaps you shoul try again later as some IP's are currently temporarily banned by Codeberg.

Thank you for the quick response. This would explain, why some of our developers are blocked and others not.

I hope the IP address of our CI system is not amongst the blocked.
