Updated Firefox mitigation guide. No automatic connections after following the guide. I've included two methods, using the user.js and using the mozilla.cfg. The difference is that the former might be modified by addons/Firefox/UI while the mozilla.cfg is enforced and can only be modified by the root user, which may be benefitial depending on your needs.

This PR should close both #58 and #86

P.S. I don't know if formatting follows the the site standards, feel free to edit it. I was going to use the example.html but I could reuse large parts of the old mitigation guide so I took that as the base instead.
