Trying to run connected via usb. #2

I'm getting the following error. Any ideas?

Maybe python-portmidi isn't installed? (just realized it's not listed as a requirement as technically Mido works with multiple backends but portmidi is hardwired in mioctl...)
I've only tested with portmidi 217, so version could also matter.

I ran into this problem and was able to work around it somewhat by commenting out line 12.
