[feature request] options on new tab #91

instead putting options inside the extension manager, it would be good if it can be opened in the new tab instead.

alot extensions doing something similar, for example ublock.

At the moment I think the settings for LocalCDN are just clear enough and I prefer the settings in the extension manager. If you have more complex settings (e.g. uBlock: filter lists, own filters, own rules etc.) it's definitely better to do this in an extra tab and structure it a bit.

I thought about it and I think the options page should be structured a bit.

This is completely different in chromium-based browsers. The extension manager only allows a small window.
