Maybe there will be a positive change from Mozilla here soon. At the moment, it's not a guarantee that this will be implemented in Firefox Nightly or Stable, but it's a first step. 🥳 🥳 🥳

Yes, you are right 🙂 I don't know how well Chromium issues are handled. To create an issue you need a Google account and you can't create that without a mobile number anymore.

@nobody I was able to make one without a phone number in December using chrome, but not any other browser.

This is very different. It probably depends on what the algorhythm in the background decides based on browser, localization, history and other things.

For me it's not a problem because I don't use Chrome and don't have a use case for a Google account.
