Some bootstrap copies admitted #350

I am wondering if, instead of a whitelist-style system, in which every framework is individually mapped to the links of every CDN, a more wildcarded approach could be done. Once more, I have for you today a CDN and a framework that are included in LocalCDN, but arent specifically mapped together.

This question has been asked before (I guess by email). Wildcard would be complex and could cause more problems than it would help. You can already see this with the Google Fonts.

The file mapping.js must exist anyway because of the domains of the CDNs. Alternatively LocalCDN could listen to all domains, but that would make the rule generator impossible.

This version is 8 years old 😮 (https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/releases/tag/v2.3.2). This is a good example that the internet is broken.

Therefore I added only the CSS file and not the JavaScript file.
