This can be set in the options page (Block requests for missing resources). Missing resources are loaded by default. Have you activated this?

Weird, it works for me without any problems. Can you please check this with a fresh firefox profile? about:profiles
Maybe another extension is causing this. The list is displayed correctly and completely for me, if missing resources are allowed to load and the HTML filter is enabled. (LocalCDN v2.5.13)

Thanks for your report. There are 2 frameworks missing to display the list.
How come it broke, tho, even if framework is missing? Shouldnt it replace what it can and let the rest to be loaded normally?
