Closing a groupchat and then trying to reopen it (using start chat) does not rejoin the groupchat

Track the occupant-id in messages received from the groupchat
Track the occupant-id received in the MUC echo
Closing a groupchat should also leave the groupchat
- Re-opening it should then join again

- Retractions should check the occupant-id, if available
- Corrections should check the occupant-id, if available
- Reactions should use the MUC-assigned stanza-id, if available
- Maybe modify File Upload Notifications to take occupant-id into consideration (as often discussed, maybe use a <replaces id='...' by='...' /> pattern)
