Add push-style checks #33

Some servers/devices might not be reachable from the outside world, so it would be great if they can run checks locally and the push them to the Chihuahua server.

They would need to have a token, and the Chihuahua server would need to expose an API endpoint to submit check results.

The interval would then set the time after which the server marks the check as "Unknown" if there were no updates.

We'd also need a Chihuahua client daemon then, and a setup script. The daemon could get the check commands from the server by running a manual command and confirming, or automatically at a fixed interval.

This needs a lot of planning though.
