#26 Add code to distinguish between loading additional resources for a page and loading a completely new page

With the current code, MNE cannot detect whether a request is the initial request to a domain or if it is a request following up the initial one (e.g. for loading additional resources like pictures, CSS, JavaScript, ...). This makes setting the cookie policy to "initial domain only" useless at the moment.

An attribute should be added that marks the initial request domain. The attribute is reset when openURL is called again. Another (protected?) method must be written for loading additional resources to have a clear distinction between loading a completely different page and loading additional resources for a page already loaded.
