Add threading support to NetworkHandlers #15

NetworkHandler_POSIX and NetworkHandler_GnuTLS should be able to handle multiple requests or connections at the same time to allow faster (simultaneous) loading of resources.

TODO:

  • A call to the request method shall create a new thread.
  • Check the "aborted" flag of a managed request before sending data to it. If a request is aborted, the corresponding connection shall be closed and the thread managing the request shall be terminated.

Moved to version 0.0.2 milestone, since additional resource loading will not work with the rest of the engine code that will be present in version 0.0.1.
