The response handler interface as described in #9 shall be implemented in the markup parsers and the CSS parsers. This makes it possible to pass request response data (the response body) directly from the network protocol handler to the parser.

The milestone has been moved from 0.0.1 to 0.0.2 since at the current state, it probably would have no or almost no effect if a parser could read data directly from a Request object.
