I think, direct Yggdrasil support is out of scope for a web browser since from what I have read, it operates on the network and transport layer and not the application layer of the network stack.
If there is a Yggdrasil program that manages MoeNavigator's network traffic (like the program torify for the Tor network), MoeNavigator should be able to run using the Yggdrasil network with the current code. Later, when proxy support is implemented and a program for Yggdrasil exists that implements a SOCKS proxy, MoeNavigator could use that proxy directly.
