We don't use any cookies, but there is form data being sent to a remote service (in my case hosted on Vercel). I need to investigate, whether this may be a problem for privacy laws (GDPR, maybe?) and add a privacy policy, when applicable.

I think that is difficult, because in the privacy policy it must be written where the data goes, but that is impossible to know with your tool which domain the user will enter.
