I was invited by someone to an OMEMO encrypted private groupchat. I joined the groupchat and I can see that it is a bookmark. However blabber keeps sending a message saying:

[ room address ]
whispered You have been invited by [ guy who invited me ] to the chat [ private > group I was invited to ].

General information

  • Version: 3.0.8
  • Android Version: Android 10 (stock)
  • Server name: trashserver.net
  • Server software: Ejabberd 21.01
  • Pix-Art Messenger source: PlayStore and F-Droid

Steps to reproduce

  1. From conversations invite someone to a private group chat
  2. The other guy joins with blabber.im
  3. Wait until you get a bunch of those messages

Expected result

Only one message inviting the user and no more.

Actual result

Count less invite messages
