  These are quick-and-dirty-builds for Ubuntu Linux (64 bit, 32 bit) and for raspbian (armhf).
  The .deb packages depend on the paho.mqtt.c package.

  I have made an inofficial version of the paho.mqtt.c as well. It works for me.

  Do not trust binary packages. Better create your own ones. The source repository for paho.mqtt.c can be found on github. Unfortuantely it looks like there is no official debian package for it.
