A GNOME extension for changing the screenshot output directory

This fixes issue #19 by adding gnome 41 (and 41.1) support. It was just a matter of changing the supported versions in metadata.json.in. I tested it on my machine and it works great. gnome-screenshot-locations-extension
Override GNOME's screenshot functionality to use a user-defined path, in the order of:
- User defined path (added behaviour)
- Pictures directory (default behaviour)
- Home directory (default behaviour)
