Internal timer feature #43

An idea floating around on the latest stream is the ability to start a timer with a label to record how long a section of a game take.

For instance, you can start the timer with "!timer level 1" and end it with "!endtimer level 1". This entry, with the start and end times, will be stored in a new Timer table in the database and thus can be referenced from that point on.

This is more or less the same concept as game splits. Splits typically cover specific game sections whereas timers can be used flexibly. Timers also don't require split software to function.

In any case, this is a low priority is as the idea was just floating around. Implementing it would be easy, but its usefulness is still in question.
