It would probably be a good idea to prevent search engines from indexing the profiles so emails are not easily searchable.

Good idea indeed. I've also just learned that Google says they respect the noindex meta tags. Should be easy enough to implement. I'll get to it later today

The concept of "later today" got a bit stretched but it is done. Will be released tomorrow with version 2.4.0
