Add support to prevent a post from being published until it has been confirmed.

The first thing that comes to mind here is to include an "activate" link in the email generated when a new post is made. The post won't be published publicly until this link has been clicked.

The idea is to prevent unauthorized posts by adding a confirmation step that requires control of the blog owner's email account, akin to a simplistic MFA.

This should be optional, minimally as a configuration parameter but ideally something a user can turn on or off.
