Usage

You can run the notebooks locally using Python 3.7 with Jupyter Lab:

python3 -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
jupyter lab

You can also find a build version at https://jdoubleu.github.io/eup-election2019.
