in [#90], namespaces can be filtered in most of the view, while it is not applied in the node view

There are all pods with all namespace are shown in node view.

Logically from node point of view, everything shall be shown, but it will be tricky to be visible since they are not supposed to be shown

I suggest showing all the pods in the namespace list. We could add hints that it may be not complete if the namespace filters are used in the back
