This should ultimately handle calls that may be segmented on a transfer. To reconstruct the call record of a single call, the hex call-id and hex representation of original creation time are used. A "start" time will be shown for the start of the segment, and a marker for what happened; declined, terminated, busy, etc. For now this will be logged to a cdr file.
