Repro steps:

  1. Open a repo
  2. Open another repo, e.g. with a link in the issues
  3. Go back to the first repo
  4. It will use the wrong repo, the values in the db aren't updated after going back.

This part I don't understand clearly, you mean coming from links to the app via an issue?

If you have a link in an issue description/comment that addresses the same instance and then click on it -> e.g. https://codeberg.org/gitnex/tea4j, click on this link and go back using the android back button, then you are at this issue and if you go back again, the tea4j repo will be used (because the tinydb values aren't updated)
