Clock poll-interval #12

There doesn't seem to be any way to customize the poll-interval of the clock module. Currently, the clock module consistently updates every minute, but if I have a time-format of say "%T", the module won't update every second.

Thanks for reminding me about this one! I had completely forgotten about this.

Some background; the clock module doesn't actually poll. It calculates the exact time it should update itself. This is currently hardcoded to use minute granularity.

The clock module should look at the time format string and determine, run-time, which update granularity to use.
