[feature request] pass configuration option when launching the terminal to override this option in foot.ini config #554

My use case is that by default I like my terminals to be semi-tranparent but I also have one default opaque terminal window. It would be nice not being forced to maintain another foot.ini config and be able to just run something like this:

foot --option alpha=1.0

This feature is available in Kitty as --override|-o and in Alacritty as --option|-o.

@craigbarnes brought this up a while ago. We didn't do anything at the time, but I do see the value in being able to override all options in foot.ini, without having custom command line options for each and every one.
