Add a new man page that documents the escape sequences implemented by foot.

For well established sequences, a brief summary is all that is needed, but for foot's custom sequences, more details should be provided: both how the sequences work, and in what context they are intended to be used.

Custom sequences:

  • OSC 555: flashes the entire screen
  • OSC 777;notify: desktop notifications. This is strictly speaking not foot specific, but also much less established than "normal" escapes (#236)
  • DECSET 27127: modifies the Esc key to emit \E[27;1;27~ instead of \E
  • DECSET 737769: enables/disables IME input
