Save/Load Performances for both Instances #36

I understand there are currently issues with saving/loading Performances and that this is not a high priority topic.
When it gets fixed, it would be nice to be able to save "full" Performances, meaning when both dexed instances are used with keysplit or different midi channels etc.

I would be happy to contribute code by myself but currently i have a different display (oled) and have messed a lot of the master code to get it working. i already have ordered an other display that should work with the standard-microdexed code. Microdexed is really an awesome project, hope i can help in the near future.

I would be very happy to get PR for making the code and functionality better! I am also not very happy with the saving/loading configurations. I think it has to be better structured. Also naming the configurations before storing would be better than only giving numbers.

Currently I have not much time for making such big changes - but the sound of a DX7 is timeless - so I don't think there's any need to rush :-)

I haven't looked yet in the code how the performance is saved. I asume you either reference to the preset or do a sysex/copy of what is currently in memory + reference to a saved effect slot.
I will try to extend that it checks if one or both instances are active. Luckily, memory space (at least on SD-card is not an issue any more:)

kind regards
