Enable to use the front camera to scan QR codes (if possible & easy) #220

Thanks for your work to re-release as fully open-source and improve the Corona app. I know that I have kind of an edge case problem but I thought I still ask, maybe I'm not the only one with this problem.

I use an older phone where the back camera has lost the ability to change its focus. This makes it unusable to scan (QR) codes of any kind. For example, I imported my vaccination certificates either by scanning them and importing them as PDF or by displaying them on a 23" display (not kidding xD). This is okay for vaccination certificates but not really for checking in at different places.

My current solution with that is, because at most times I'm not alone, I ask others to scan the QR code and send me the link using a messenger. Other times I used second phone myself but I do not want to take this with me everytime as it is suppossed to be a backup phone.

I'm a dev but not an Android dev. I think it may be quite easy to implement a button for that, but I don't think I can do that for myself, so here I'm asking if someone else with more experience in Android might could do that if it does not take much time.

I would also be happy if someone has a better idea, e.g. recommending me an app which allows to scan QR codes with the front camera? Thanks for any help in advance.

I think this issue would better be placed upstream, either in https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-wishlist (for iOS & Android) or in https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-app-android (Android only).

What do you think @zocker1999net?

Even though rather stale, I would consider https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-app-android/issues/3905 to be an upstream issue for this like in #146.
