Some of the `want_debug=1` coding level options that were useful for debugging in 2008 now themselves cause segmentation violations. These debugging options including reading the values at a range of memory locations, some which are likely to be invalid. This commit turns off those options in two files: `circles-0.3.2.1/circles.c`, `circles-0.3.2.1/lib/pxallo.c`. A fortran/C interfacing issue remains unsolved. ISO 2003 fortran and ISO C99 have compatibility that is well handled by gfortran; this would provide a long-term sustainable fix to the issue.
