Instead of using baserow.io, I wanted to be creative and create my own website for my physical library. https://airikr.me/library
You can not select more than 25 topics Topics must start with a letter or number, can include dashes ('-') and can be up to 35 characters long.

README.md

The website lets you add movies and TV series via a JSON file to your digital library for easier checks in the future. Perfect for when you're in a store and want to know what you have at home. If you already have added an item to the database, the website will update the existing data (unfortunately, this does not apply to titles).

The website doesn't require JavaScript.

You can search for the following (but not multiple):

  • Title (example: Interstellar)
  • Year (example: 2014)
  • Range of year (example: 2010-2020)
  • Language (example: en)
  • Quality (example: Bluray)
  • Type (example: movie)

The JSON file (named data.json or if you want to use another filename, change the value on line 11) will look like this:

{
	"library": [
		{
			"id_imdb": "text",           # string
			"title": "title",            # string
			"year": int,                 # int
			"type": "text", # string (movie, filmserie, or tvserie)
			"cover_url": "text",         # string
			"seasons": [], # array (example: [1,2,3]) (enter null if no seasons)
			"qualities": [],             # array (example: ["DVD","Bluray"])
			"languages": [],             # array (example: ["sv","en"])
			"is_volume": boolean, # boolean (tells if the item is a TV serie splitted in volumes)
			"is_complete": boolean # boolean (tells if you have all seasons of a TV/film serie)
		}
	]
}
