remove typos in 'Translations' section of README.md #122

the notification for the latest release (5.81) published today just popped up in my inbox. Thanks for integrating the upstream update of the weather station¹ data. 👍 🥳

Reading the updated README.md I spotted a few typos (see commit below).

To ease the documentation of the growing number of translators I set up the following Page at GitLab: tinyweatherforecastgermanygroup.gitlab.io/twfg-contribution-analytics/weblate.html. I basically parse the git log output searching for Weblate commits and merge them with the data available via Weblate's REST API. To ease copy-pasting of the results I generate both Markdown and JSON files to download.²

At the time of writing the page gets updated every forth day of the week.

About a year ago I started translating this project. Today there're 12 translations and counting.
