Improve readability of Javadoc entry for ZoomableImageView #111

introducing (basic) html markup to improve readability.
The javadoc is located at https://tinyweatherforecastgermanygroup.gitlab.io/twfg-javadoc/index.html (hosted using GitLab Pages, updated once per day)

I recently added UML diagrams please see on the right side for an example.

I also (finally) managed to upgrade the used OpenJDK from 8 to 11. The upgrade introduced the search function 🥳. Please see the lower right section of the javadoc header for the search bar.
