Update Translations of README.md

Hi

this is a small update to my translations of README.md.

This replaces my previous uploads in: #82, #84.

I suggest adding these to the root directory of the code repo here at codeberg.

To ease future updates it might also be a good idea to add these to the weblate instance (weblate.bubu1.eu/projects/tiny-weather-forecast-germany/). I did not yet find a way to do that. This might be due to missing permissions.

I'like to add that I'm very happy to say that the Czech translation of the app strings (#84) has been completed. 🥳

Yes, sorry for the "compress", I needed to move the radar data from the MX to the MN composite. I first thought I need to decompress tar.bz2, but then I found out that I get get the uncompressed image too.
