I'd like to keep track of people and groups that may be interested to participate or collaborate, and who we may approach before (or after) our project announcement (see #4).
We can elicit their help to broaden the 'announcement campaign'. Checking these boxes after we had a good back-and-forth and explaining of plans:
The Bonfire team via their Matrix chatroom. We might have a vidcall with them before announcing.
