SCORM packages

In order to specifically integrate individual apps into learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, you can use SCORM packages. These SCORM packages are kept very simple (actually they only represent a container for the respective HTML5 app). Therefore, functions such as progress, repetition etc. are not supported. Therefore, only who has used which app and when is visible in the LMS.

Create

The description below is aimed at those interested in technology or developers of new apps. You need a high-performance system with nodejs installed and a BASH shell.

git clone https://codeberg.org/MintApps/client.git
cd MintApps
npm install
node ./build/build-all.js

Tips

First of all, the packages do not start automatically, but the Enter / Start key must be pressed in the LMS. The advantage is that further information about the app can be given at this point. If HTML code can be inserted in the LMS, however, an automatic start is easily possible by inserting this code:

<script>
  window.onload = function() {
    document.getElementById('scormviewform').submit();
  }
</script>

The name of the form 'scormviewform' may need to be changed.
