I built it myself from source code (master)

Your issue is:

For GTR2 -> Device specific settings -> Activate display upon lift is only working, if set to "Scheduled". When set to "On", it does not work.

Your wearable device is:

Amazfit GTR2, Firmware v5.2.11.1

Your android version is:

Android-10 (LineageOS)

Your Gadgetbridge version is:

Gadgetbridge v0.56.1
