The time of start and end of an activity is shifted back one hour. I started my walk at 5 o'clock, but GB shows the start at 4 o'clock.

It seems to be fixed in 0.54.1, or at least it works correctly on my band now
Edit: It is not. But I've noticed that when I change the date to a Summer month (Beacause of the time change in winter and summer) it shows the right time. So maybe it has only the summer time and doesn't change every half a year.

exactly the same issue here with a Mi Band 3.
Can you share what timezones you are in?

Me too: UTC+1.
I am also in UTC+1 but things are ok on my Bip. So something is off related to MB4/5...
