I got Gadgetbridge from: I built it myself from source code
Your wearable device is: Lenovo Watch X Plus FW 0.73
Your android version is: Android Q
Your Gadgetbridge version is: 0.44.0
How about adding such functionality?

Probably for people who have more devices, it will seem to them that the cards are becoming overcrowded.

On the other hand, one can check at a glance the steps taken, the sleep, perhaps the last recorded value of the heart rate.

I quickly created this and I ask for your opinion.

How about the widget, it is already doing this:

I know about Widget, but I think it's a little ugly (too simplistic) and also takes up space on the home screen.

My suggestion might look better if the steps and sleep are just below the status of the device, above the row of icons.

  • shows steps, calculated distance, last heart rate and sleep
  • added per device setting to turn on/off activity summary on Main device card

ToDo - refresh main device card on switch on/off and fetching data from device

P.S. Perhaps it is better to move this setting to the main settings of the application?

I like this suggestion and the graphic proposal. Can we tag this somehow, please @izzy ?

@mamutcho do you have any graphics suggestions for the newly being created Activity list:
https://codeberg.org/Freeyourgadget/Gadgetbridge/wiki/Activity-List
and also for the Sports Activities? https://codeberg.org/Freeyourgadget/Gadgetbridge/wiki/Sports-Activities-Workouts

@vanous for now I don't have any other suggestions. My device do not provide sports activity (not implemented yet), I can't test new Sports Activities.

@vanous you've already managed to tag it. Seems like I cannot apply labels anymore (at least I cannot add/change it on this issue). Neither do I see the "close" button – looks like I was (accidentally?) demoted when you were "promoted". If that wasn't intended, @ashimokawa might fix it; if it was intended, I'm fine with you taking over for me here 😉

Ah! Button is back and I can place labels again – I just got confused seeing them now on a different issue 🤣 Thanks!

OK, fair point 👍

I made it less ugly more sexy. The cyan color (at the bottom) is my wallpaper, as the bottom portion is mostly transparent.
