I hope this makes it more inviting to collaborate with us on this project. I'd like to promote the software a little more. What do you think about adding the maintainers with direct contact options, e.g. Email and Matrix?

I really like the idea of adding maintainers to a project. Not only for having someone who is in charge for that project but it would also be easier for potential contributors to get started.

We should also add such a Maintainer list to all other projects.

For me the PR is ready to merge after adding @6543 and @momar matrix IDs
