Calculate monthly/annual contribution #7

I hope this is the correct repo.

I'd really have liked for the form to show me the final monthly and/or annual membership contibution. While I can (when I've had enough coffee) do the math in my head it would help as a confirmation that chosing quarterly and 25€ would correspond to an annual contribution of 100€ and a monthly contribution of... 8,30€ or something?

It also should help when you start with chosing annual but then switch to monthly to remind you, that maybe you want to reconsider that 50€ monthly contribution.
