This provides Gitea from port 3000 as a hidden service on onion address stored in /var/lib/tor/codeberg/hostname with bandwidth limitation on 10mbps

As discussed in thread above and below Codeberg/Community#50 needs a config within a dedicated VM.

You can use the createVM.sh script in this repo to launch a test VM and build a deploy script for this, then this can easily get re-deployed in production.

Keep in mind to adjust names etc with -test suffix so that test and production instance can run in parallel.

@hw Justify the usage of VM as it still makes no sense for reasons provided in Codeberg/Community#50 currently can be compared to insanity as outsourcing it introduces privacy issues that would make the implementation unusable and unwanted.
