Move documentation to markdown files #11

For easier contribution. It could be similar to the Kali Linux documentation.

It would also make it easier to generate a prominent Wiki page (#7).

@n : you mean a separate repo from the wiki? I like the idea, especially as it could be themed with any markdown->html converter. Every contribution in this area welcome!
