Example: https://codeberg.org/momar?tab=activity

Git logs the commit timestamps (which a developer can spoof for better privacy), however gitea logs the push timestamps and some other events. Is it possible to hide the UI to show it or better disable the logging of it?

Would be good to allow en-/disabling such in user/project settings. PR welcome!

I created an issue at the upstream https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/issues/7927 for it.
