Just tried and still same.

File size (5.11 MB) exceeds the maximum size of (3 MB).

Steps:

  • Open above link
  • Drag & drop files to “Drop files or click here to upload.” section.
  • Instant failure

Pardon me, the previous config only updated issue attachments. Repo uploads should be relaxed now, too.
