Just tried the templates. As a newbie I find it very hard to know which one is helpful. The names are not really helpfull and one can't see what is the content.
Therefore it was for me more confusing than helpfull.

Aren't the templates even global? I think they are just created by other users, so you'll have to complain to them if they chose confusing names.

Jokes aside, templates should probably favourite them from the user if available, and maybe have a easy way to preview in a new tab what the content is.
