Support for user uploaded-themes. #429

Recently I've come across Codeberg whilst looking for Github alternatives, I find the interface to be clean, minimal and uncluttered. I ( not knowing that much code ) have come to this issue section to suggest that, Codeberg add support for user-uploaded themes. I think this would be a nice feature to have, though should not have high priority especially considering this is a relatively new project.

It's on my personal backlog to add some theme diversity to the deployment pipeline. That'd not mean that every user could just upload some CSS file somewhere, but you can create a pull request to include your theme (and ideally volunteer to maintain it).
Not sure how long this will take though, if someone's faster, feel free. Also see Codeberg/Documentation#114 where I wanted to learn about the necessary information.

Thanks for the warm welcome :)
I guess that sums-it up, once I sharpen my css skills I might create a theme :)
